In this program, I put together a few of the exercises that I’ve been taught by different coaches, physical therapists, and exercise gurus. These are the exercises that I have done to improve my pull up number and improve my upper body strength to be a better
rock climber and OCR racer. These same exercises are the same ones that I’ve used and will continue to use to help my clients get their first pull up!
I have broken the program down into 8 weeks, 3 different phases, and 3-4 different days per week. Every week is detailed with the number of sets/reps you have to do for each exercise and I’ve included a short clip to demonstrate the exercises.
